What AI Is Actually Good For

Repetitive tasks with a predictable structure — data entry, drafting routine emails, summarizing documents, categorizing customer feedback — AI handles these well. If you're using it in any capacity where accuracy matters — legal, financial, medical, factual research — you need a human reviewing the output. Full stop.

It still needs oversight.

AI doesn't maintain itself, doesn't self-correct when your business changes, and doesn't notice when something's gone sideways unless you've built something to catch it. It reduces work — it doesn't eliminate the need for someone paying attention.
